As an individual, you retain TMLG to represent your interests in your family law matter. We are your ‘attorney of record’ with the court, which allows us to freely and aggressively advocate for you in obtaining the orders you want for your divorce or post-divorce modifica-tion. We handle all court appearances, all court required paperwork and com-municate with your spouse’s attorney. We can negotiate a settlement or litigate your divorce issues, obtaining the best results for you.
Requirements to Retain:
You pay a retainer anticipated to cover the filing fees and at least 60 days of legal services. Retainers start at $3,000.
Advantages:
Full legal services pro-vided without restriction as to time spent, experts hired or resources offered. Best option for clients with available financial resources.
Disadvantages:
Most expensive of the various options available. However, in some cases, traditional representation is the only feasible option.
