About Our Office

We are located at 16870 West Bernardo Drive in Suite 400 in the Rancho Bernardo Section of North County San Diego, just off I-15.

***Please note that we do not take walk-in appointments.  Currently, all appointments for Mediation and Consulting Attorney clients are scheduled and carried out via Zoom or telephone, unless special arrangements are made.***

Please note Attorney McKay does not take litigation clients. Litigation cases are those divorces that require an attorney to attend court hearings or to function as “Attorney of Record.”

Clients are welcome to drop off documents at our office. We also accept service of legal documents on behalf of retained clients.  However, we discourage visits from solicitors, marketers, and other uninvited visitors.

Our public phone number is (858) 674-6903.   However, clients and colleagues are provided with private numbers after a case commences.

Hours of Operation:  9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Procedure for New Clients.  Potential mediation and consulting clients are asked to complete a Client Questionnaire and email to us at admin@irismckay.com.  You can also leave a voicemail message for us. (We do not answer the public line directly.)

As Attorney McKay’s practice is a niche practice, we typically take cases as specified under our Services page.

***Due to creative projects, we are currently only taking a limited number of new cases.***  Please call to check availability before completing the Questionnaire.
